Breaking News: Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA Loses Special Adviser on Budget

Hon. Shakiru Korede Bello, the Special Adviser on Budget to the Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area, has passed away after battling an illness. He was a prominent member of the Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA Executive Cabinet as He played key roles in shaping the LCDA's budget and financial policies. Hon. Bello, popularly known as Hon. Lekki, was a respected and influential member of the All Progressives Congress in Ikosi-Ejinrin. His sudden demise has sent shockwaves throughout the council and the community, with many struggling to come to terms with the loss. Details of his burial arrangements are yet to be announced by the family. May Almighty Allah forgive him of his shortcomings and grant his family, friends and associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

The inspection was prompted by reports of blocked drainage systems, which have led to severe erosion and the threat of flooding. The Chairman's visit aimed to assess the severity of the situation firsthand and formulate an effective intervention plan.
