It was all jubilation today for the people of the Ancient town of Agbowa-Ikosi as the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu and the Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area Akogun Wale Raji Anomo presented the staff of office to H.R.M. Oba Saheed Owolabi Momson as the Abowa of Agbowa kingdom at the Epe Local Government Council Chamber, Itamarun, Epe. Today, May 25, 2023, marks a momentous occasion for the residents of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area, particularly those in Odo-Onosa/Odo-Ayandelu and Ado-Ikosi. It is a day of great historical significance as the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu, officially inaugurated two housing schemes: LagosHoms Odo-Ayandelu/Odo-Onosa (consisting of 660 home units) and the Resettlement Housing Scheme in Ado-Ikosi. Representing the Governor, the Special Adviser on Special Duties and Intergovernmental Relations, Hon.Mobolaji Ogunlende, attended the ceremony at Odo-Ayandelu, while the Special Adviser on Commerce and Industry, Hon. Abiola Olowu, graced the occasion at the Resettlement Scheme.
